Gilt lettering to spine and front board under plain white dustwrapper with black lettering in same font style as on boards/spine. Teg. 11.5ins x 9.25ins, endpapers illustrated in colour, vii, (i), 111pp plus 16pp tipped-in, tissue guarded, colour plates. Also 15 b&w illustrations within the text. Light foxing to front endpapers and half title. Dw has two small tears to front - top & bottom (quarter to half inch) and a larger (2 inch) tear to the rear at the edge of the spine. However the dw has performed its job of keeping the white vellum spine and boards beautifully clean. VG / G to G+.
