Glasgow: Walter Macfarlane & Co., 1912. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. This is the extensively illustrated catalogue of castings by Walter Macfarlane & Co., consisting of sections xxv-xxvii of the company's catalogue and covering: electric light pillars, brackets, etc. for arc lighting; electric light pillars, brackets, etc. for incandescent lighting; ventilation lamp pillars, columns and pipes. A folio volume with a wealth of architectural drawings of street furniture associated with lighting and ventilation with some street scenes illustrating the applications of this company's products. Collated complete in original green cloth with minor wear to extremities and gilt title to top board. Shaken with minor wear to hinges of spine (see photos). Undated but title has a company stamp, dated 25 July 1912, and a previous owner's name. Tipped in to title is a note, dated December 1959, referring to two of the pages and requesting the return of the catalogue because "it's the latest we have!". Price list (10pp) tipped in at rear. Uncommon, with only one copy located in online COPAC.
