Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Text block edges a bit dusty. Pen mark to upper text block edge. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Gilt is bright. Book has a moderate forward lean. Unclipped jacket has some edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Jacket is rather rubbed and marked overall. Pencil marks to front flap.
Synopsis
Capable of Honor is a 1966 political novel written by Allen Drury. It is the second sequel to Advise and Consent, for which Drury was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1960. Capable of Honor examines the role that journalists play during a US presidential campaign.
