London: Macmillan. 1970. First edition Signed limited edition. First edition Signed limited edition. Containing a signed and numbered original lithograph by Robin Lawrie, as called for. Original brown cloth with gilt titles to the spine and orange paper-covered boards. A very good or better copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth a little worn at the spine tips. The contents, with a previous owner's bookplate to the front free endpaper, are lightly spotted to the text block edges and early margins. The lithograph is faintly toned at the edges. Issued in a limited edition of 100 copies, this example being number 43 and signed by George Macbeth in black ink to the limitation page. The lithograph is signed and numbered by Robin Lawrie in black ink. Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request.
