Atlanta, Georgia, USA: Longstreet Press, Inc., 1995. BZ4 - A hard cover first edition withdrawn ex-library book in good+ to very good- condition with a dust jacket in very good+ condition. Stated first edition with no additional printings indicated. A tight, clean, sound copy in white paper covered boards quarter bound in dark blue with red lettering and a graphic on the spine with very minor overall shelf wear with the dust jacket mylar sleeve endflaps glued to the front and back fixed endpapers plus there are the usual library stamps and label on the top outside paper edges, tthe title page, and the back free endpaper. The dust jacket shows no visible signs of wear plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. The main character in this novel is facing the prospect of a wrestling match against The Human Hellhound. He decides it is more practical to leave town and decides to abandon his job as a recognized East Coast sports journalist and head west to make a new start. While looking for a job in San Francisco, a psychiatrist friend passes along one of his patients. She is the beautiful daughter of an eccentric and sinister billionaire and the pseudo-psychiatrist finds his life quickly spinning out of control in which he devolves into an unlicensed private investigator.
