Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1978. First American Edition . Hardcover (with Dust Jacket). Very Good. 8vo (280 pages; illustrated with black and white photographs). This very good copy of the First American edition is SIGNED, inscribed and dated (Nov. 17, 1978) in ink by the author on the front free endpaper. The dust jacket is in very good condition with some chipping at the top and bottom of the spine, fading and light soiling. The contents are clean except for a two-line deletion crossed out and initialed by the author in ink on page 203.
