Sylvain Ageorges , a photographer specializing in images in Paris, has published his photographs in The Authentic Bistros of Paris as well as several other guidebooks. Poet Anna Moschovakis is co-founder of the Ugly Duckling Presse and the translator of The Authentic Bistros of Paris and The Engagement . She teaches Comparative Literature at the CUNY Graduate Center.
