London: The Boys Own Paper, 1890. Six assorted Boys Own: 1.) Vg: Boy's Own paper Vol. 86 Number 11 August 1964 ; mild rubbing and faint dusting of just a little soiling. Clean content, b/w illustrations, binding is VG albeit staples are rusty. 59p 2) VG: Boy's Own Paper November 1946: soft rubbing & light dusting of a littlle soiling. Faint yellowing & few only foxing to edges.Tiny chip to rear cover bottom edge. Clean content. Staple binding is VG albeit staples are rusty. 3) VG: Boy's Own Paper: part 139 September 1890 ; Moderate soiling to cover; wear to spine revealing folds; Light foxing to several pages. Missing rear cover, some chips to extremeties. Binding is still VG. 4) VG: Boys Own Paper part 229 March 1898: moderate soiling to cover; Some exposed wear and splits to spine. Light foxing and soiling to edges. few only foxing to a few only pages and mostly to the margins. Staple binding is VG albeit on the inside staples are rusty. 5) VG: part 234 August 1898; light dusting of smudges to cover; wear and exposed folds , splits & chips. 1 cm closed tear to front fore-edge and next page in. Mild soiling to edges. Missing rear cover: Slight light angled wripple effect to a few pages head fore corner. Just a couple of pages with the odd foxing spot(s) Binding is VG albeit staples are rusty. 6) VG: Boys Own paper part 241 March 1899: light few only smudges, soft fading to margins; Head & bottom of spine with open wear and splits. Short worm wear to head of front fore corner fore-edge. Light foxing & soiling to edges. Few only pages with foxing to the margins. Binding is VG.. First Edition. Soft Copy. VG/None.
