Heavier book, dark brown cloth, spine very slightly faded, gilt lettering and logo very fine on spine, spine slightly askew, ink name and address at top inside front cover, 573 pages, very tiny tear to long page edges of final page, extensive neat useful ink and pencil notes throughout, text in Middle English. Light wear to tips and spine bottom edge. Small stain at bottom front left. Good.
