A first US omnibus edition, first printing published by The Viking Press in 1965. A near fine book without inscriptions marred only by visible bumping to the corners and base of the cloth spine. Clean and bright internally, however, the red top stain has faded. In a like unclipped wrapper with some chipping to the head of the spine and slight staining to the bottom of the front panel.
