USA: Barnes & Noble, 2004. Red paper covered boards, black cloth spine lettered in silver gilt. Book is in fine condition BUT top of spine ends lightly bumped, and four small dint to front cover side of spine. Dustwrapper/dustjacket is in very good plus condition with very minor signs of wear and/or age. Top of spine a bit creased and small closed tear to top of front fold.. 1st Thus. Hardback. nrFine/VG+ DW.
