Springe Germany: 601 Regiment Royal Artillery, 1945. Soft cover. Good/No Jacket. Booklet - over 8" tall. The title of this booklet say it all, really. It is a collection of poems and articles written to entertain troops of the British Liberation Army stationed in Germany at the end of the second world war and extracted from the daily news sheet of the 601st Regiment Royal Artillery. Generally in good condition in printed wraps. Minor soiling, in places and with two "stab" holes in the hinge area. Many mentions of "The White Rose". Previous owner's name on top wrap "1496215 Sgt. K(?)ish, R.M. Nov. 1945 B.A.O.R.". Uncommon and not found in COPAC.
