In good condition with damp stains to covers, short tear to foot of spine, ex National Book League Library copy with associated stamps and labels. Inscribed by the author "To a fellow Bookseller Mr H G Gadney...A senior freeman of the noble but most unfriendly city I have ever visited - Oxford. I offer this book as THANKS token of the kindness shown me by ONE Oxford man by his orders when book orders were so much needed! Fred Bason 1941". Good 1931
