George Braziller, 1962. Hardcover. Good. 1962. First Printing. 380 pages. No dust jacket. Grey cloth with gilt. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Labels, minor pencil and damp staining to prelims. Further damp staining to rear. Cracking to hinges, no damage to end papers. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Moderate crushing to spine ends, with splitting, fraying and loss to the head, tail and joints. Gilt lettering is darkened. Book has a slight forward lean.
