Photos and history of Metro Goldwyn Mayer from the beginning of the silents up through the 80's. Begins with b & w photos and toward the 50's many color photos. 192 pp. including index. Ends with 1984 films such as Mel Gibson in "Mrs. Scoffel". Great nostalgic scenes from some oldies and goodies such as Gone with the Wind, the Wizard of Oz, High Society, Mutiny on the Bounty, m Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Doctor Zhivago etc.
