Good. SIGNED and dedicated by author on title page. First Edition, First Printing. Dust jacket included with moderate shelf wear, fading, and stain on back. Book cover with very minor shelf wear and fading to edges only. Binding with all pages intact, but beginning to split at front/back endpaper, and split beginning toward middle of the volume. Pages crisp, foxing at the edges, no creases or extraneous marks to page contents. Overall, a rare collector's copy in good condition.
