Hartford, Conn: Gilman & Company, 1878. Reprint. Hardcover. Near Very Good. 8vo. [8], ix-xix, [1], 21-417, [1] pp. Green cloth with decorations in gold and black on the front board and spine. Illustrated with a steel lithograph frontispiece and eight additional full-page, wood-engraved illustrations. Glazier fought on in a New York regiment during the Civil War, and recounts his experiences in combat here (Find a Grave, "Captain Willard Glazier"). Endpapers replaced, blindstamp on the free front endpaper and half-title page, flecks of wear to the extremities.
