Undated reprint. 244 p.: ill.; 21 cm. Tan cloth over boards w/orange title on cover and spine; dampstain along lower 4" of front and rear edges. Textblock is tight, slightly tanned from age, and unmarked. Unclipped DJ is worn around the edges with 3/4" tear at bottom of front joint and chipping at top and bottom of spine; 3 closed tears at top of back panel.
