This is Volume 1, a first printing with the complete number line and scarce thus, the initial print run for this book was a modest 7,500 copies, but more than 275,000 copies have been printed since then, edited by Harriet Elinor Smith, this is the complete and authoritative edition of his autobiography, a free wheeling and sometimes rambling biography, just as he planned it, published 100 years after Twain's death as part of the Mark Twain Project of the Bancroft Library at the University of California, Berkeley. Fine.
