About This Item

London: Religious Tract Society. 1st ed. . Printed Paper. VG for age and genre. 12.5 Cm x 18.5 Cm. 64 pp., lists and press puffs both sides back cover; a clean almost unworn copy, sm.tear bottom fr.joint now rectified with transparent archival tear repair tape and barely now visible, sm.nick higher up same joint similarly dealt with. Issued as Present Day Tracts Second series No.47, and also issued together with a number of other titles as 'Present Day Tracts on the Non-Christian Philosophies of the age' - tracts like this were available singly for four pence. Undated but the set was issued in 1888, it is unclear if this was issued separately shortly before then. Apparently very scarce.
