A bit of rubbing at the spine ends, else a near fine copy. Account of the life of a young man from Princeton who served first as a volunteer ambulance driver, later became a pilot with the A.E.F., and was killed testing an airplane shortly after the War ended in 1919.

He survived the official end of the war but, in circumstances eerily similar to another famous Princeton man, Hobey Baker, was killed when his plane crashed a few months after the Arrmistice. A tight, copy, spine a touch rubbed.
