This is a very interesting history of two US Navy arctic operations undertaken in 1958, those being use of a ZPG-2 blimp "719" as a supply ship and the historic polar journey of the submarine, USS Nautilus. The book is warmly inscribed and signed by the author. Binding is firm. Boards are clean and sho little wear aside from bumped lower corners. Signed on FFEP. Text appears clean and unmarked.
