In very good condition, with all models, fold-outs, pop-ups, and 3-D glasses in tact and unused. Also included is the model and with assembly instructions, still in the original unopened plastic bag, of Gerrit Rietveld's famous, flat-roofed Schroeder House; a glossary of architectural terms; a fold-out time line of the history of architecture and architects that runs from 2670 B.C. to A.D. 1997; and a cassette tape. Covers have some light nicking and scratching to the bottom edge and light overall scuffing and soiling to covers. Interior is unopened and unused. NOT Ex-Library. A nice set.
