Text in German. Number 62 of a limited edition. Yearbook of folklore, sociology, and sexual customs from around the world edited and privately published by Krauss who was a specialist in the ethnology of the South Slavic peoples. This is the eighth volume of an annual that lasted ten volumes. This issue includes 'source materials and articles which become increasingly exotic, with items from Albania, Haiti, Togo, West Africa, Peru and India, covering such subjects as invulnerability beliefs, menarch ceremonies, erotic sculpture, facial and body hair, and several pieces on graffiti. Another Appendix recounts continuing difficulties with the law: a further report on the Vanselow Case: and Krauss's defense and ultimate success in recovering confiscated illustrations intended for his study on Japanese sex life.' - from Hoffman, Selected Bibliography, page 109.
