London: John Murray, 1933. Green pictorial paper-backed boards with green cloth spine in matt pictorial dustwrapper; 115pp; 12 colour ills plus 16 b/w ills by the author. Boards sunned to spine ends with very slight lean to spine and small bump to lower edge; previous owner inscription to front endpaper; significant foxing to endpapers, more scattered throughout. Price clipped dustwrapper is chipped to corners and spine ends, rubbed and lightly creased to edges, browned to spine with scuffing and small hole to front panel. An 'ant-hology' of work about the admirable ant, with wonderful illustrations.. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Near Very Good/Good.
