Minor wear along spine and cover corners. Pages, inluding all illustrations are clean, without tears, folds, marks, toning or foxing. Includes an index, three appendices, and thirteen excellent color lithographs and woodcuts. XVI + 402 pages. An informative and beautifully presented book.
