First edition, very good + blue cloth hardcover with silver letter and decoration shows a touch of soil to page edges, mild bit of fade to topstain and touch of bumping to top corners, else tight and clean, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows bit of toning to spine, mild rubbing and soil, small faint stain at spine, and edgewear that includes wrinkling, closed tears and some very shallow open chipping. 274 pages + with index, publisher sheet laid-in, black & whites and illustrated endpapers. Solid copy in jacket of this "..long desired book on the American sword.
