The top edge is gilt. The binding is bumped & rubbed. The head of the spine is frayed with a small piece out. The boards are unevenly darkened & lightly soiled with their edges chipped. xxv, [1] leaf & 127 pages. Illustrated with a color frontispiece & 48 black-and-white plates. There is a previous owner's name & address on the front endpaper. The fore-edge is slightly soiled. Good.
