London: Hodder & Stoughton, 1946 Copy in beige cloth on boards in unclipped D/J. Board spine lightly rubbed at head/foot. Jacket spine tannder on inside of cover. Jacket a little gubby and chipped around edges with a few small pieces missing. Corners bumped. Previous owners bookplate on FFE. Occasional light foxing to folio edges. Clean text iwth b/w plates.
