Jacket design by Grabhorn-Hoyem. In 1972, Paris Review poetry editor Tom Clark asked 13 poets to contribute new work to a 'monster magazine.' The result is All Stars which contained 13 unpublished pamphlets and other writings from Ted Berrigan, Tom Clark, Clark Coolidge, Robert Creeley, Ed Dorn, Dick Gallup, Michael McClure, Alice Notley, Ron Padgett, Ed Sanders, Aram Saroyan, James Schuyler, and Philip Whalen.
