Hodder and Stoughton, 1960. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The volume is bumped on the spine ends, has some soiling on the page edges, and the spine has a faint cant. The unclipped, sleeved, dust jacket is rubbed with nicks, abrasions, wrinbkles, and a series of scratches and pinholes on the top of the rear panel.
