Including a photograph and a typed signed letter from the author to the actor Peter O�Toole, explaining the ideology behind the book, ""This is unlike any book I've written before, and, if my research is correct, unlike almost any book written before... I'd love to know your thoughts or comments."" From the working library of Peter O�Toole (1932 - 2013) with his posthumous bookplate.
