London: Seeley and Co., 1892. First edition. Hardback. Good/No Jacket. 614 8vo. Half leather on brown cloth-covered boards, marbled end papers and edges to text block, gilt titles to spine, illustrated with portraits (at least one clearly engraved from a photograph) and plans, 337 pages. Condition notes: Front joint frayed but holding, boards and leather rubbed, some foxing/spotting to blank pages and title page, otherwise pages clean and bright.
