it's in good condition : inside it's very good, clean and tight beautiful drawings of adobe fireplaces and instructions, a revised edition 1977. The cover is smudged and has a corner crease to the front and bumped corners, the adobe fireplace drawing on the front is beautiful it's the brown edge that has all the scuffing, and the back has it on the brown too, while the two drawings are clear and fine. A collectible and rare, by now, classic.
