About This Item

[[no place]: [no publisher], 1863. Printed self wrappers. Very Good. Gantt was formerly a member of the rebel Congress, a Brigadier-general in the Confederate Army, and latter a prisoner of war. Gantt elected to stay in Arkansas rather than be sent home and exchanged. This address attacks Jefferson Davis, Thomas C. Hindman, and the Confederacy in general. Dornbusch: vol. II, 2744. Howes; USiana [1994] G56. 29 pages. One inch closed tear at top of front cover. A very good delicate copy.
