London: Hutchinson & Co. , 1906. First Edition Thus, First Impression . Cloth. Very Good Minus. Matching cloth bindings (two red, one blue) with titling and highly decorative fleur-de-lys pattern in gilt to spines. Pretty publisher's device in gilt to upper boards. General light wear and marking to bindings, and slight fading to red cloth on spines. Light age-toning and spotting to page edges. Contents mostly clean with light foxing or other marking to just a few pages. All three volumes published as part of the Hutchinson's Popular Classics series, and all dated 1906. Lovelace has portrait frontispiece of the author; Browning has p.f. of Paracelsus, and Humorous Verse has p.f. of Thomas Hood. A pretty set that would adorn any bookshelf. All orders professionally packed, tracked and/or signed for, and insured.
