Washington DC: Government Printing Office, 1902. Hardcover. 244pp. Quarto [29 cm] Olive green cloth covered boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine, and blind stamped decorative borders on the boards. Very good. The extremities are mildly rubbed and bumped. The boards are lightly scratched. The longest scratch measures 3 inches long. There are a couple of short thin marks on the front board. The cloth of the spine is slightly rippled, and the spine has a 1 inch long indentation. The underlying cords are visible along the hinges of the endsheets, and in the inside margins of many of the pages. There is a former owner's ink stamp on the front free endsheet. The pages at the beginning are lightly creased. Pages mildly yellowed.
