Hardcover with black boards containing silver colored spine lettering in very good condition. Boards how shelf wear and several tiny white spots of what looks like paint. (See photos though spots are so tiny they do not show up well.) One small spot on side of text block; top text block lightly dust toned with foxing trying to show up there at top and also along sides. Interior text block clean & tight; bright white in color compared to text block edges; no markings noted. Overall interior pages heavy and solid. Endpapers show mellow age-toning. Dust jacket good with shelf and edge wear; rubbing on the folds; creases and minor loss at head and heel of spine. DJ is price clipped. Contains black & white illustrations by Elizabeth Rivers.
