Three different 8vo. green cloth bindings, the third volume being about 1/2 inch taller. x + 144 pp/xiv + 114 pp/viii + 144 pp. Volume 3 lacks the last three plates. Light soil and wear to cloth, corners bumped. Gilt slightly faded on Vol. 1 and 2's spines; Vol. 3 has a printed paper spine label. Hinges cracked in first 2 volumes, third sound with light foxing to endpapers. Light pale foxing to edges of frontispiece in Volumes 1 and 3; else the plates are fine. Total of 78 beautiful chromolithograph plates.

London: Henry Sotheran & Co. First Edition . Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 4to. J. G. Keulemans. No date of publication, though 1887. 21 hand colored lithographic plates by J. G. Keulemans. Pebbled green cloth covers, with gilt stamped lettering and black stamped ruled decoration. Cloth covers are a little rubbed and show some light wear at corners and spine ends. Lettering remains bright, though covers show a few scuffs and light rubbing. Top hinge is cracked, and there is a little separation between title page and preface page. Volume remains tight, however. Scattered light foxing, mostly on first and last few leaves. The first and last plate are slightly darkened and show a little very light foxing. Other plates are very good.

A nicely rebacked first bound edition with fifty bright hand-colored lithographic plates. This copy that of the famous Philadelphia Quaker philanthropist Anna T. Jeanes with her signature to title. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; viii, 288 pages.

Engraved and highly decorated primary title page, with separate title pages of each part. Original paper over card board covers with paper spine label. Covers are very worn. Small library book plates on front paste down. Inked library number at lower corner of blank front free end page and on blank verso of Part I title page. There are no other library markings. Foxing affecting first ten leaves, and edges of most plates and title pages. Part I title page with vertical crease.

A Near Fine copy. 8vo., 64 pp., illustrated with b&w photographs and drawings. Bound in gray stiff illustrated wraps. Some very light soiling to the wraps, and a small smudge on the rear panel. Near Fine. *** The Legendary Golfer, Bobby Jones' scarcest written work. Written for the Audubon Society, with a committee of seven men, including T. Gilbert Pearson, President of both the National Association and the Golf Club Bird Sanctuary, who was also one of the founding members of the conservation movement in the United States. A remarkably clean, fresh copy, without creases, rubbing, previous owner's names or writing.

A magnificent oblong folio (24 x 18 inches) containing 44 color reproductions of original works submitted by the artists protected by tissue guards. The plates are printed on museum quality paper using high grade inks and are signed and numbered by the artists of which 30 are represented. This is Number 307 of 1,250. Leather bound and housed in a chocolate Solander case. Artists include J. Fenwick Lansdowne (2), Peter Scott. John Ruthven (2), Albert Earl Gilbert, and others. Each plate faces a page with a photograph of the artist and a biographical sketch. Published by Ducks Unlimited Canada to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of North America's premier waterfowl conservation organization. Due to the weight of the text block, the hinges have experienced some stress.

San Francisco: Terry Turrentine, 2020. One of ten copies, signed by the photographer and book artist Terry Turrentine Two copies are artist's proofs and one is a handling copy. Although she grew up in a family whose traditions included guns and hunting, as an adult Terry became an esteemed artist and wildlife photographer, specializing in capturing spectacular photographic images of birds.
