Spine and edges have minor bumping, as well as some shelf/edge wear. The inside of Volume I is clean and unmarked except for 2.00 on fly page. Volume II is clean and unmarked except for previous owner's name and "November 1899" written on fly page. 502 pp + 578 pp are yellowed. Binding is good.
