Small hardcover is full bound in brown leather with four raised bands on spine creating five panels. The binding is intact. Hinges NOT cracked. The edges are heavily worn and rounded, exposing the boards at the tips. No lettering on spine; if there were any labels on the panels, they are gone. Minor fraying at the head of the spine. Covers are rubbed and scuffed with small stains. The front free endpaper and following flyleaf are detached but present; both are chipped at the edges. Front free endpaper has an old name in ink, partially transferred to the front endpaper. Pages lightly and uniformly tanned but still supple.
