(The Art of Drinking and the Art of Joking). Leather blind-printed covers with linen covering only on spline, covers are well-rubbed with worn corners. There are splits on the front and rear hinges at both the head and base of the spine, cut red blocks. Sound internal binding with brown end-papers with bookplate (Samuel Bradshaw) on inside front cover. Red and black title-page is damaged on lower leading edge and corner, is well-rubbed leading to the loss of small areas of text and has been re-backed.
