Good/no dustwrapper. 9 Volumes 4to. b&w photographs 9 large-format minute books, being 8 Ships' Registers (Monstrings Liggare) for Steam Ships, Motor Ships/Vessels, Motor Tankers, travelling between Sweden and Australia from the 1940's-1970's, including numerous official applications for Seaman's Passports (including b&w photos of applicants, along with names, d.o.b's etc), and 1 large-format minute book of the Swedish Vice Consulate in Australia 1920's-1940's, referencing all issues maritime, including lists of Swedish ships reported at Vice Consulate (names, ports of registry, crews, dates of arrival, etc) - all details hand-written, and also including numerous official typed documents such as Seaman's Service Ratings, Notices of Masters of Swedish Vessels, incidental letters regarding requests for ships' repairs to be carried out in Australian ports, and so forth; many of the ships named herein also list the owner at the time, e.g. M.V. (or I.S.)
