Arthur H. Stockwell, 1930. Hardcover. Good. in x in x in. Initialed by author on first page, with inscription. Jacket is present, but in poor shape with significant loss. The book itself has some light wear to the edges.

Poulet Malassis, 1859-01-01. Hardcover. Acceptable. 2.3000 in x 8.8000 in x 5.0000 in. Ex library copy with some of the usual markings. French. Bindings are solid and text is clean. No jacket; mild shelfwear - but nothing severe.

Privately printed for the Benefi, 1753-01-01. Leather Bound. Acceptable. in x in x in. Poor shape. Johnson is a subscriber. This is the first printing. Six raised bands on each spine. The full leather is in very rough shape, and the binding are not holding that well. All covers are present, but some are severed. Two of the volumes are split along the spine and text block - and the other two are not far off. A full restoration job is in order. Very scarce in general, let alone as a complete set.

Oxonii: e typographeo Clarendoni, 1763-01-01. Hardcover. Acceptable. in x in x in. Two volumes, both present. Soem minor bright water staining, very ignorable. Full leather. Front board of volume 1 severed but present. Rear board of volume 2 severed but present. Five raised bands on each spine. Labels still present, though the wear is evident and leather is dry. Ex library copy with some of the usual markings.

Chez Pierre Machuel, 1781-01-01. Leather Bound. Acceptable. in x in x in. Gutters cracked, but holding. Some wear to the spine coverings (see photos). Some tanning of the pages, and a couple of ownership signatures, to title page as well. Vol I lacks the first free flyleaf. Almost 7"" tall. Vol 1: 434pp, Vol 2: 394. Scarce.
