Frost's b/w illustrations of Sutphen's humorous golf definitions. Originally housed in customized badly-worn cardboard clamshell. Replaced by new custom-made dark green clamshell, marbled covers, leather spine. Original gilt spine title with gilt notation reading, "A. B. Frost copy" included with order.
