Atlantic Monthly 1987. Stated first USA first printing. Book and mylar covered DJ are Like new.

Olde Soldier Books 1987. Reprint. Book is in very good condition. Text is clean and unmarked. Boards and bindings are strong. Border of book titles is missing some color. No DJ.
