Cream-colored staplebound softcover with black titling, contents and illustration on front cover and a few small circular water stains. Back cover has a 4-in. tan stain. Interior is unmarked. Corners softened. 12mo., (5.5 x 7.5 ins.) BOOK INFO: The July 1, 1944 issue of this magazine, pages numbered 1041-1080. The publication switched to lighter weight paper as part of conservation measures due to the war, and noted their pamphlets would be sent only to members of the armed services due to restrictions on the amount of paper they were allotted; at the same time, their circulation was the highest to date. Contents of this issue include: Annual Meeting of The Mother Church; Our Concept of The Mother Church; God's Plan for his Beloved Son; Poems: Just Now by Marie Taggart Keith and Benison by Mae Tucker; along with Editorial content, announcements and Testimonies of Healing. Includes a notice about The Mother Church Wartime Fund, begun Feb. 14, 1942. Mary Baker Eddy.
