London: Eyre & Spottiswoode Undated (1888?). A facsimile of a manuscript drawn in 1842. 48 pages. Lavishly illustrated in colour throughout. Pages are in good condition, but somewhat soiled. Clean, green decorative endpapers. Hinges feel a little loose, but are intact. Original, green pictorial cloth with red titles and illustration on the upper cover. Covers a little faded and rubbed. Bevelled edges show wear. Corners bumped and frayed. Spine darkened and worn at the head/tail. Lovely old children's book. GOOD-. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good-.
