Why is this order on hold?
From time to time, you may receive a credit card order which is noted as hold for authorization. This simply means that we will do further investigation to attempt to determine the validity of the order before authorizing shipment. This is a routine process, and many factors may trigger an order to be held including the value of the order or the customer's recent order history.
While an order is on administrative hold, we ask that you do not ship the order, but that you set it aside and reserve it for the customer, pending futher information from Biblio.co.uk.
You will receive a notice, generally within 24 hours, either requesting that you ship the order or informing you that the order has been canceled because of the possibility of fraud.
