How do I list 50 books on the ABAA site with zero listing fees?
Let us know that you want to list 50 or fewer books on the ABAA.org with no listing fees and then select 50 to list. That gives you up to 50 books advertised on the ABAA.org with no monthly fee! You always have the option of listing ALL of your books on Biblio with no mothly fee as well. That's an enormous amount of online customer exposure with no set monthly costs!
There are two ways to indicate which books out of your entire inventory you want on the ABAA site - by uploading and by choosing items manually using your bookseller menu inventory tools.
By Uploading a special file or adding a catalog: If your software supports catalogs, simply add the catalog designation "ABAA-50" to individual listings. Then, upload either your whole inventory again or just those items containing the catalog update.
You can also simply upload a file containing up to 50 listings, with "ABAA-50" in the file name. In order for that to work, you will need to include "ABAA-50" in your file name. For example, "ABAA-50.txt" or "books_ABAA-50.csv".
If you choose the upload option, drop us an email at when your file has been sent. We'll be able to confirm that your file processed correctly.
Add listings in bulk or individually:
Login to your BiblioDirect bookseller menu and click on the Inventory tab that you will see at the top of the page, then select Show inventory from the drop-down list. You will be directed to a screen where you may search for your active lisitngs using a wide range of search criteria. Click on Advanced for more search options. In the left hand column you will also see a number of Sort by and Search Within options. To select specific items from the list, check the box just to the left of your SKU.
Once you have found and selected some or all of items you want to list as part of the 50-free program on ABAA.org, click on Bulk Actions. As long as your account is set up for participation in that program, you will see ABAA (Currently has x Listings) in the drop-down. Below that you will see the options Add Selected and Remove Selected. If for some reason you don't see the to ABAA option in Bulk Actions, drop us an email at bookseller-support@biblio.com and we'll make sure your account is set up correctly.
To see a list of items you've already added to the ABAA-50 program, click on Advanced and you'll see Marketplaces as one of the additional search options. Click there, select ABAA from the list, and hit Search.
